Recording is ongoing, however taking much longer than expected due to COVID concerns, holidays, funerals, weddings, mental health, new jobs, finances, technical difficulties, and a variety of other very-human factors. We are about 60% finished in the studio, and I was just quoted that vinyl orders are 9 months backlogged at the moment due to supply chain issues. That to say, I do not foresee album completion before the end of 2022.
I had initially expressed that music would ship by the end of 2021/beginning of 2022, and while the full album will not be ready for probably another year, I want to keep some part of my promise and deliver an early demo to those who have pre-ordered the album and/or donated.
So… if you placed a pre-order or made a donation, keep an eye on your inbox for an email with an individual download code of the first 2 songs from the responsorial. These are early digital demos, circa 2017, recorded in the house my partner and I currently live in. The download codes are 1/100, and these versions will not appear on the final album. They are only for you, as a thank you.
